Hi. Welcome to True Bliss Bakery. My name is Dominique. I'm a mom of two beautiful kids, a pastry chef, culinary chef, author, and photographer. As a kid I was always in the kitchen paying attention (or at least I thought so until I went to school) and absorbing the smells and delights of my grandma's kitchen. When I decided to go to school for baking and pastry, I realized how much of a passion this is for me and I truly pursued a career focusing on my sweets. I have learned and honed my skills over the years and I am confident in my pastries. Give me the opportunity to make something sweet for you!
